  In Qomeet, you can list all the catering locations of your event and the meals available at each of them. Catering locations can be as varied as you like, and it is up to you to specify them: restaurant, staff catering venue, volunteer center, etc. You can create a “catering location” even if it is not a physical location, for example if you provide cashless meals. The meal options available are: breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also add additional information to distinguish tFew readers

• Meal allocation rules

  Once you have created your meals, define your allocation rules to assign your participants to the various catering locations of your event. To do this, go to Catering Allocation Rules and click on Add to create a new rule.Few readers

• Priority order of meal allocation rules

  The rules for allocating each type of meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are applied in the order they appear in the list of rules, with the first rule in the list having the highest priority. For each day on which meals are available, the system will check whether each participant meets all the conditions of the first rule. If so, the participant will be automatically allocated the meal in the relevant catering location. If the participant does not meet all the conditions of the first rule, thFew readers

• Assign a meal to a participant manually

  Meal allocation rules allow you to automatically assign meals to your participants according to the criteria you define. However, it is also possible to assign a meal to a participant manually, or delete a meal that has been allocated automatically.
