Types of information
You will find in Qomeet different types of information, to be used according to the data you want to store on your participants' sheet. You can collect this information via a registration form, or enter it directly in the participant sheet.

Short text
Use this type of question for open questions where the answer is just a few words/figures.
Paragraph
Use this type of question for open questions with a few sentences in the answer, such as a remark field.
Drop-down list
This type of question allows you to create a pre-defined list of possible answers. You can define whether the participant can select only one answer (single-choice) or several answers (multiple-choice).
Checkbox
Use this type of question when you need a "yes" or "no" answer. If you make this question mandatory in your form, the participant will be able to proceed to the next step only if he/she checks the box: this can be useful to ask for a confirmation for certain paragraphs (privacy policy, security information, etc.)
Document
This type of question allows participants to attach a file to their registration: photocopy of driver's license, identity document, etc.
Single date
In date type questions, participants will be able to display a calendar to indicate their answer.
Selection of dates
The participant can select one or more dates from those listed by you.
Telephone number
Number
This type of field is used to collect information in numerical form: membership number, number of tickets required, etc. Number fields can be used as distribution quantities for materiel items.
In your forms, you can define the minimum and maximum values accepted as answers, as well as an increment (if the answer must be a multiple of a particular number).
Multiple texts
Use this field type to collect multiple lines of text in a single field.
Multiple documents
Use this field type to collect multiple files in a single field.
