Share a link to the registration form

Once you have added the structures participating in your event, you can share a link with them so that participants can register. You can customize your link by choosing a domain name in your event settings.

There are two options:

• Share the link to the registration portal: this link enables the organization's contact person to connect to their personal space, where they can register their participants, check the status of their accreditation requests and view information on meals, material items and accommodation, if you wish to make this information visible.

• Share the direct participant registration link: this link enables participants from a structure to register by themselves, without requiring the manager of the structure to do so. Participants who register via the direct link have access only to information concerning their own request. They cannot consult the requests of other participants in their structure.

You will find the link to your registration portal on the home page of your event:

This link is the same for all structures, therefore you can send a single e-mail to the attention of all the structure contact persons containing this same link.

Direct participant registration link

This link is specific to each structure: participants who register via the direct link will automatically be attached to the structure in question.

• To obtain the direct registration link for a structure, go to the structure's details, in the Registration Settings section.

• In Registration links, you will find the link for direct participant registration, specific to this structure. You can disable this link if you wish registrations to be carried out exclusively by the structure's contact person.
