Registration forms

To process the accreditation and service requests of your participants, you will need different information that you will collect via the registration forms. The information will not necessarily be the same for the each categorie of participants present at your event: Qomeet allows you to create different forms that you can associate with the various participant categories of your event.


To create and configure registration forms for your participants, go to Registrations > Forms.





Create a form


  • To create a new form, go to Registrations > Forms and click on Add.
  • Enter the name of the form and choose a template: you can use the standard template, or start from an existing form.
  • To configure a form, click on its name in the list.






Change the name of a form


  • Go to Registrations > Forms and click on Edit in the additional menu (vertical dots icon).




Delete a form


  • Go to Registrations > Forms and click on Delete in the additional menu (vertical dot icon).
