Publish passes

Qomeet allows you to make passes available to your participants and structure coordinators directly on their personal space in the registration portal. To do this, you need to publish the passes:


  • Either individually, by clicking on Publish pass in the participant sheet.
  • Or by selecting the participants concerned from the list of participants, to publish passes in bulk.


For a pass to be published, the participant's status must be Accepted.


When you publish a pass, the structure's coordinator and the participant are notified by e-mail.





Publish a pass that has already been printed/distributed


Once a pass has been marked as printed, it can no longer be published on the registration portal. In this case, you need to cancel the printed pass before you can publish it.


Access to the pass on the structure's space


When passes are published, the structure's coordinators are notified by e-mail. By logging on to their personal space on the registration portal, they can view the passes in the profile of each participant.





Access to the pass on a participant's personal space


If a participant has their own personal space (if they have already logged in to the registration portal at least once), they will be notified by email when their pass is published. By logging in to their personal space, participants can display their QR code directly on their smartphone.
