Publish passes
Qomeet allows you to make passes available to your participants and structure contact persons directly on their personal space in the registration portal. To do this, you need to publish the passes:
- Either individually, by clicking on Publish pass in the participant sheet.
- Or by selecting the participants concerned from the list of participants, to publish passes in bulk.
When you publish a pass, the structure's contact person and the participant are notified by e-mail.

Publish a pass that has already been printed/distributed
Once a pass has been marked as printed, it can no longer be published on the registration portal. In this case, you need to cancel the printed pass before you can publish it.
Access to the pass on the structure's space
When passes are published, the structure's contact person is notified by e-mail. By logging on to their personal space on the registration portal, they can view and download a PDF file containing all the passes issued to the structure's participants, or individual files for each participant.

Access to the pass on a participant's personal space
If a participant has registered via the direct registration link and therefore has their own personal space, they will be notified by e-mail when their pass is published. By logging on to their personal space, participants can display their pass directly on their smartphone or download it in pdf format.
