Priority order of meal allocation rules

The rules for allocating each type of meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are applied in the order they appear in the list of rules, with the first rule in the list having the highest priority.

For each day on which meals are available, the system will check whether each participant meets all the conditions of the first rule. If so, the participant will be automatically allocated the meal in the relevant catering location. If the participant does not meet all the conditions of the first rule, the system will then check whether the participant is entitled to the second option, and so on. To define the order of priority of your meal allocation rules, simply drag and drop the rules up or down the list.
