Pass control
To scan participants' passes, operators must first log in to their control device and select a checkpoint. They will then be ready to scan passes to verify whether participants are authorized or not to access the controlled zone, meal, or parking space.
Login as an operator
- Open the Qomeet Access app on your device and initialize it by scanning the QR code of your event if you have not already done so.
- Then scan your own pass to log in as an operator.

Select a checkpoint
Once you have logged in as an operator, you can select the zone, meal, or parking space you wish to control from those authorized for you. The current date is selected by default, but you can change the control date if necessary.

Change the checkpoint
To control a new checkpoint, you must first finish the current control in the Settings menu (gear icon). You will then be able to select a new checkpoint.

Controlling participant access to a checkpoint
To check whether a participant is authorized to access the checkpoint you are controlling, scan their pass or search for the participant by their first/last name or barcode number. The participant's status will then be displayed on the screen:
- Authorized — the participant has a valid pass and is authorized to access the area, meal, or parking lot you are controlling
- Not authorized — the participant has a valid pass but is not authorized to access the area, meal, or parking lot you are controlling
- Already distributed (for meals only) — the participant has already had access to the meal
- Accreditation not valid — the pass is not valid.
