Organization's registration portal

Your organization's registration portal is the page that allows your contacts to access all the events of your organization in which they participate (past, current, or upcoming events).



To access the registration portal, contacts must enter the same email address that is registered on their contact profile: they will then receive a verification code by email to log in.



Configure your organization's registration portal


To configure your registration portal, go to your organization space, under Settings > Registration Portal.


Domain name


Choose a domain name with at least 3 characters (only letters, numbers, and hyphens: no spaces or other special characters). The domain name must be unique, as it will be used to generate the URL for your registration portal. You will be warned if the name you have chosen already exists.


If you change your domain name, the previous URL will no longer be active: it will no longer be possible to access your portal using the previous link.


Share the URL of your registration portal with your contacts by email, via a link on your website, etc. to allow them to access their events.



Graphic customization



Add a background image, banner images, and custom colors to configure your portal to reflect your organization's image.



Languages



You can choose the language(s) available on your portal and specify which one is the main language. If you want to support multiple languages, make sure to translate all content in the localization section of your event settings: the Qomeet interface is available in different languages (menus, buttons, etc.), but it is up to the organizer to translate content specific to their events, such as the names of categories, meals, material items, etc.
