Structures are the entities that take part in your events: companies, individual businesses, associations, public authorities, etc.


To manage the structures listed in your organization, go to your organization space, under the Structures option in the side menu.




Create a structure


To create a new structure, click on Add and enter the name of the structure. You can also create structures in bulk from an existing file by importing structures.


The name of each structure must be unique. If you need to register different structures that have the same name, you will need to include something to differentiate them (e.g., city name).




Click on a structure in the list to access the list of associated contacts, manage its coordinators, and view the list of events for which the structure is registered.




Register structures for an event


  • To register structures for an event, select the desired structures from the list and click Register in the menu bar at the bottom of the page


  • Select the event you want to register the structures for and configure the registration settings: authorization to create/modify registrations, authorized categories, daily participant limit, welcome message. You can also configure these settings later directly in the event.




Add a contact to a structure


  • To add a contact that already exists in your database, go to the contact's profile > Structures section.


  • To create a new contact, go to the structure's sheet, Contacts tab, and click Add. Enter the contact's first and last name and email address (optional). The contact will be added to the structure and to your organization's contact list.



Add a coordinator to a structure


To add a coordinator to a structure, go to the structure's sheet > Information tab, and then click on Add a coordinator.




Enter the coordinator's name to find them among your existing contacts, or add the coordinator as a new contact if they do not yet exist in your database.




Merge structures and search for redundancies


From your list of structures, you can merge structures (for example, if a duplicate has been created by mistake).


  • To do this, select the structures to be merged from the list and click on Merge




  • Indicate which structure will be the main one, i.e., the one that will be maintained. During the merge, the main structure will keep its data and will also have the members, coordinators, and registrations from the other structures added to those it already had.



  • Use the Merge redundancies function to identify structures with the same name that may need to be merged.



Delete a structure from the organization database


To delete a structure from your organization's database, click Delete in the additional menu (3 vertical dots).


Deletion is permanent; it is not possible to recover data from a deleted structure.
