Managing access control operators
Operators are the individuals (staff, volunteers, service providers, etc.) who will use Qomeet Access app to control participants' entry and exit at various checkpoints during your event. In order to log in to Qomeet Access, operators must be registered as participants in the event, have valid accreditation, and have been assigned operator rights in Qomeet.
Add an access control operator
- To add a new access control operator, go to Access > Operators and click on Add.
- Search for the operator by name or e-mail address and select the accreditation zones, meals and parking spaces they can control. You can also give them rights to pair RFID/NFC chips to participants via the Qomeet Access app.

Modify checkpoints for an operator
To modify an operator's checkpoints, go to Access > Operators and click on the desired operator to make the changes.
Delete an access control operator
- To delete an operator, go to Access > Operators
- Click on the menu plus (vertical dots), then on Delete
