Defining a password
When you create your Qomeet account, you can log in to your account using the verification code sent to you by e-mail each time you log in. Alternatively, you can set a password for your account.
To create your password :
- Log in to your account and go to the menu My account.

- Click on Set a password
- Choose a sufficiently secure password and click on Continue
- Enter the verification code sent to your e-mail address to confirm the creation of your password.

Password change
To change your password:
- Log in to your account and go to the menu My account

Open the application on your phone and add a new account.
- Click on the icon Change my password

- Enter your current password, as well as the desired new password. The new password must be secure enough to be accepted. Click on Change my password to complete the change.

Activate double authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) strengthens the security of your account by requiring two methods of identification: your usual password and an additional code that you obtain via a dedicated application.
- To activate two-factor authentication, go to the menu My account.

- Make sure you have an authentication application installed on your phone (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, etc.).

- Open the application on your phone and add a new account.

- Scan with the application the QR code displayed on the screen, or manually enter the key provided.

- Enter your Qomeet password, as well as the 6-digit code displayed on the app on your phone to finalize 2FA activation.

- Two-factor authentication is enabled! To log in to your account, you will now need to enter your password and a code generated by the authentication application.
