Pass templates for printable material items

Pass templates can be used to create documents managed as printable material items: drink tickets, vouchers, invitations, etc.

In your pass template, you can add the following information:

Quantity - this is the total quantity to which the participant is entitled, calculated according to the rules you have defined. For example, if they are entitled to 5 drinks, the quantity will be “5”. This field is useful for creating a single document indicating the total quantity of items (a voucher “valid for 5 drinks”).

Numbering - this field is used to number the printable documents when you choose to generate one document per item. For example, if a participant is entitled to 3 invitations and you wish to print 3 vouchers, the numbering field will allow you to numerate these documents from 1 to 3.

Duplicate or delete a pass template
