Configure a form

The registration form is the gateway to your event and will allow you to collect the information needed to manage your participants' accreditations and services. You will find the information collected in the participant sheet, each question on the form corresponds to an item of information in their sheet.

Add a section


Each section corresponds to a page in your form; this allows you to group your questions by topic: personal information, dates of attendance, etc.


  • To add a new section to your form, click on Add a section and enter the title of the section. You can change the title of the section by clicking on it.


  • Drag and drop the sections into the list on the left side of the form to change the order of the sections in the form.






Delete a section


  • To delete a section of the form, click on the title of the section and then on the delete icon.


When you delete a section, all the questions, texts and images in the section are also permanently deleted.





Add a question


A question corresponds to an item of information that will be collected from participants and stored in their sheet: date of birth, photo, attendance dates, or any other information you will need to organize your event.


The last name, first name, and email address are automatically provided from the contact profile, so there is no need to request them again in the form.


  • To add a question, click on the icon Add a question where you want to insert it.





  • Drag and drop the questions to change their order or to move them to another section.




  • Enter the question as it will be displayed in your form and indicate the information field the question will be linked to. You can choose a field that already exists in the participant sheet, or create a new custom information field by clicking on new field.


  • You can also add a description (displayed in the form just below the question) and check the Mandatory box if you want to make the question mandatory.





Delete a question or content


  • To delete a question or content, click on the question in the form, then on the button Delete




Add contents: text, image, PDF files



You can add text, images and files to your registration form to make it more user-friendly and to provide all the information participants will need. You can use this feature to write a welcome note, give instructions, etc.


Click on the add a content icon to enter the title, the text, and select your image or file.





Configure a display rule


To make your form easier to fill in, you can choose to display a question only to people who answered a previous question in a particular way. For example, you can ask a question about diet only to people who answered "yes" to the question "Would you like to book meals?" - It is also possible to use display rules for a text or image.


To use conditional display, click on Configure a display rule and select the question to be used as a condition:


Only checkboxes or drop-down lists can be used as conditions in a display rule





If it is a checkbox condition, the question will be displayed when the box is checked.


If it is a drop-down condition, you can choose to display the question when one (or more) answers are selected - use the "among" mode - or when one (or more) answers are not selected - use the "outside of" mode.




Test the form


  • To test your form, click on Test at the top of the screen: you will see your form as it will be displayed to your participants, so as you can test the different questions, the display rules, the layout of texts and images, etc.


  • To go back to editing the form, click on Edit at the top right of the preview mode.
