Catering locations and meal options

In Qomeet, you can list all the catering locations of your event and the meals available at each of them.

Catering locations can be as varied as you like, and it is up to you to specify them: restaurant, staff catering venue, volunteer center, etc. You can create a “catering location” even if it is not a physical location, for example if you provide cashless meals.

The meal options available are: breakfast, lunch **and **dinner.

You can also add additional information to distinguish the meals provided: 1st service, 2nd service, takeaway, room A, room B, etc.

Add a meal

To create a new meal, go to the Catering **menu and click on **Add. Then fill in the required information:

• Type of meal: breakfast, lunch or dinner

• Opening hours: Opening hours are provided for information only.

• Catering location: You can choose an existing catering location or create a new one. If it is a new location, enter its name.

• Number of places (optional): Indicate the number of places available, so that you can see at a glance if capacity has been exceeded.

• Unit price (optional): Enter the unit price of the meal to obtain a real-time estimate of your budget.

• Cashless credit (optional): If you provide a meal in the form of cashless credits, indicate the amount to be credited per meal.

• Additional information (optional): Use this field to add additional information: onsite, takeaway, room A, room B, etc.

Modify or delete a meal

To modify or delete a meal, go to **Catering **> **Meals **and click on the desired meal.

Add details of a catering location

By clicking on the name of a catering location, you can enter its address, telephone number, contact name and e-mail address.
