# Associating participants with a reservation

By default, accommodation requests are registered for a structure, with no need to specify the names of the participants to be hosted. However, to manage your [accommodation reservations](https://help.qomeet.com/en/article/accommodation-reservations-1iz7ycb/) more accurately, it is possible to associate participants with each reservation.

* To do this, go to **Accommodation > Requests & Reservations** and click on the desired reservation. You can also find a reservation on the [structure sheet.](https://help.qomeet.com/en/article/structure-details-16vfkxa/)

* Enter the names of the participants you wish to associate in the **Associate participants** field; you can use the search function to search by name or e-mail address.

* Click on **Save **to save your changes.

When a participant is associated with a reservation, you will find information about their accommodation in their participant sheet. If you [enable the display of accommodation](https://help.qomeet.com/en/article/registration-portal-6vmu27/#3-configuring-the-registration-portal) on the registration portal, structure coordinators and participants will also have details about the accommodation allocated to them.
