Associating participants with a reservation

By default, accommodation requests are registered for a structure, with no need to specify the names of the participants to be hosted. However, to manage your accommodation reservations more accurately, it is possible to associate participants with each reservation.

• To do this, go to Accommodation > Requests & Reservations and click on the desired reservation. You can also find a reservation on the structure sheet.

• Enter the names of the participants you wish to associate in the Associate participants field; you can use the search function to search by name or e-mail address.

• Click on **Save **to save your changes.

When a participant is associated with a reservation, you will find information about their accommodation in their participant sheet. If you enable the display of accommodation on the registration portal, structure coordinators and participants will also have details about the accommodation allocated to them.
