# Add a user to an event

To add a user to your event, they must have already accepted the invitation to [join your organization](https://help.qomeet.com/en/article/add-a-user-to-your-organization-1axa29b/). Then:

* Go to **Settings > Users**

* Click on **Add**

* Select the user you wish to add to the event, and specify their roles.
