Accommodation list

In Qomeet, an accommodation unit is a space where one or more people can be hosted. It can be a hotel room, an apartment in a residence, a camping space, or even a bed in a collective dormitory.

Each accommodation unit can be assigned to only one structure. If you have a 3-bedroom apartment and wish to assign participants from different organizations to this same accommodation, you must consider each room as a separate accommodation unit (you will therefore need to create 3 accommodation units in Qomeet).

The accommodation location is a place where one or more accommodation units are located: a hotel with several rooms, a residence in which a studio is available, or an independent apartment.

Add an accommodation unit

To create a new accommodation unit in Qomeet, go to Accommodation > Accommodations units and click on Add.

Fill in the required fields: Accomodation location (choose an existing accomodation location or create a new one), name of the accomodation unit, availability dates and number of places.

You can also fill in additional fields to help you manage your accommodation services: number of single and double beds, price per night, highlights, tags and internal comments.

Edit an accommodation unit

Click on an accommodation unit in the list to view its details. You can modify any information by clicking on the **Edit **icon.

Duplicate accommodation units

Duplication allows you to quickly create several similar accommodation units.

To duplicate an accommodation unit, go to the additional menu (three vertical dots) and click on Duplicate.

Enter the number of copies you wish to create and select the information to be duplicated.

Import accommodation units

To import a list of accommodation units from an Excel file, go to your list of accommodation units and click on the **Import **icon. You can download a template file and complete it with the details of your accommodation units.

Check that the columns in your file are correctly associated with the accommodation information fields. If some lines contain errors (for example, text in a field that should contain dates), an alert icon will be displayed. Hover over the icon to obtain more information about the error.
