List of user roles available
Pass distribution and activation manager
The users of your event, i.e. the members of your organization who manage the event with you, may have different access rights to the event. Depending on their access rights, they will have access to a number of features in Qomeet. To find out how to add a user to an event, see this article.

The different access rights available are:
Administrator
- has access to all event features
- Only administrators have access to the **Settings **menu, allowing them to configure participant categories, forms, accreditation zones, pass templates, the registration portal, etc.
Participant manager
- create, modify and delete structures, define authorized services and participant categories for each structure
- create, modify and delete participants, move a participant from one structure to another
- process registrations (accept, decline, request information)
- import and export structures and participants
- group update of structures and participants
Messaging manager
- read-only access to participant and structure information: information can be consulted, but not modified or deleted.
- access to the messaging system: read messages from participants and structures, send messages, mark a conversation as processed or not, write private notes.
Catering manager
- read-only access to participant and structure information: information can be consulted, but not modified or deleted.
- catering management: create, modify and delete catering locations and meal options, define meal allocation rules, manually allocate meals to participants
- access to catering-related reports and exports (forecast, distribution list, etc.).
Material item manager
- read-only access to participant and structure information: information can be consulted, but not modified or deleted.
- material items management: create, modify and delete items, define eligibility conditions
- access to material items reports and exports (forecast, distribution list, etc.).
Accommodation manager
- read-only access to participant and structure information: information can be consulted, but not modified or deleted.
- accommodation management: create, modify and delete accommodation units, accommodation requests and reservations.
- associate participants to a reservation
- import accommodation units and accommodation requests
- access to accommodation-related reports and exports
Parking manager
- read-only access to participant and structure information: information can be consulted, but not modified or deleted.
- parking management: create, modify and delete parking spaces, define allocation rules, manually assign parking spaces to a participant
- access to parking-related reports and exports
Pass printing manager
- read-only access to participant and structure information: information can be consulted, but not modified or deleted.
- pass printing (mark as printed)
- pass publication
- pass cancellation

- pass activation (mark as distributed and activated)

Read-only
- can view information on structures and participants, but cannot delete or modify any information.
