Registration portal

The registration portal is the page that allows the structures taking part in your event to register participants and manage their accreditation and services requests.

To obtain the link to your accreditation portal, go to the dashboard of your event and click on Registration Portal. Share this link with the structures involved in your event so that they can manage their accreditation and services requests.

To log in to the registration portal, the contact person of the structure will have to fill in the contact email address and enter a verification code that will be sent to this address. Once connected, the structure can modify this contact email address if necessary.

If you wish, you can also authorize participants to register by themselves, without having to involve the structure's contact person, via a direct registration link.

The URL of your accreditation portal is based on the domain name that you have entered in the parameters of your event.

You can specify in the structure settings the actions that each structure can carry out via the portal (creation and/or modification of different requests)

Configuring the registration portal

To configure your registration portal, go to Settings > Registration portal. You will be able to modify the domain name and choose the information that structures can consult in their personal space.

Domain name

Choose a domain name with at least 3 characters (letters, numbers and dashes only: no spaces or other special characters). The domain name must be unique, as it will be used to generate the URL for your registration portal. You will be alerted if the chosen name already exists.

If you change your domain name, the previous URL will become inactive: it will no longer be possible to access your portal with the old link.

Information to be displayed on the registration portal

Click on the **Edit **icon to select the meals, material items and parking spaces you wish to make visible on the personal space of structures and participants. You can also activate or deactivate the display of accommodation reservations.

In the structure's space, only the meals, material items and parking spaces you have selected will be visible to the structure's contact person. The number of meals, material items and parking spaces shown in the structure area only takes into account the elements displayed in the registration portal.
