Print an individual pass

To print a pass for a specific participant, go to the participant's sheet and click on Print pass.

To print a pass, the status of the participant must be Accepted.

Click on the icon Print to print it or save it as a PDF file. Once the pass has been printed, mark it as printed.

When printing, remember to enable the Print Backgrounds option so that the background image displays correctly.

Print multiple passes at once

From the list of participants, select those for whom you wish to print a pass and click on Pass> Print passes in the More menu

Click on the icon Print to print the passes or save them as a PDF file. Once the passes have been printed, mark them as printed.

If the selection contains participants who have not been accepted, or whose pass has already been printed or published, they will not be included in the file.

Mark passes as printed

Once your passes have been printed, you need to mark them as printed: this prevents the pass from being printed again, and therefore avoids the risk of duplication / redundant passes.

The status of the pass then changes to printed, and it is ready for distribution and activation. If you need to generate a new pass (in the event of loss, for example), you must first cancel the previously printed pass.

Reprint passes

To reprint a pass that has already been printed, go to the participant's sheet to View their pass and click on the Print icon. This will print an identical copy of the previously printed pass, which remains valid. For greater security, if you wish to print a new pass for a participant due to the loss/theft of the previous pass, we recommend canceling the current pass and generating a new one.
