What is the role of the structure coordinator?
A structure's coordinator is the person who manages participant registrations on behalf of a structure. The coordinator can be, for instance:
- A member of the structure: project manager, team leader, administrative assistant, etc.
- An external person who manages the structure's participants: subcontractor in charge of the volunteer program, etc.
- A person from your own organization who is responsible for the registration of a category of participants grouped together within a structure: press/media registration manager, etc.
Add a coordinator to a structure
To add a coordinator to a structure, in your organization space > Structures menu, go to the structure's sheet > Information tab, and then click on Add a coordinator.

Enter the coordinator's name to find them among your existing contacts, or add the coordinator as a new contact if they do not yet exist in your database.

Features available to the coordinator
The coordinators have access to your organization's registration portal, where they can perform the following actions:
- Create, modify and delete participant registrations for their structure (according to the authorized services of the structure)
- Share a link with participants so that they can fill in their own registration form (according to the authorized services of the structure)
- Consult the information of participants of their structure (except for information fields you have defined as private)
- Track the registration status of the structure's participants: the coordinator receives notifications concerning the structure's participants, for example when further information is requested.
- Consult the structure's inbox and send messages to organizers
- View messages exchanged between participants and organizers, and participate in the conversation.
- Consult services made available to participants (meals, accommodation, material items, parking spaces) that organizers have chosen to publish on the registration portal.
- Consult the documents organizers have made available on the registration portal.

Restrictions of the ccoordinator role
The contact person has no access to your event's administration interface, and therefore cannot perform any actions related to the organization of your event. For example, they cannot validate registrations or assign services to participants. Only event users have access to the administration interface of the event.
