Qomeet is an accreditation and services management tool that helps you to manage all categories of participants in your event.

How to sign in

Go to https://app.qomeet.com and enter your email address
A verification code will be sent to your email address: type it on the Qomeet login page to connect.

| The verification code is sent from the email address noreply@qomeet.com. Make sure that this address is not blocked by your e-mail security tools.

Didn't receive the verification code? Please check your junk mail or other folders in your mailbox. You can also resend a new code from the login page.

|| If you generate more than one verification code, only the most recent code remains valid.

Organization space

Once you have logged in to Qomeet, you will be taken to your Organization space. You can also return to your Organization space at any time through the menu at the top left of the screen.

You will find the following tabs:

Homepage: quick access to your upcoming events, key information about your organization
Events: from the Events tab, you can create events and access the different events of your organization.
Structures: view and manage your list of structures
Contacts: view and manage your list of contacts
Settings: manage information about your organization (name, logo) and its users, configure your registration portal, and manage the information fields in your contact sheet.

Structures are the entities that take part in your event: companies, individual businesses, associations, local authorities, etc. To manage the structures involved in your event, go to Registrations > Structures in the side menu.

| Each structure will have access to their personal space in your registration portal to register participants for your event, according to the rules that you define.

Add a structure to an event

To add a new structure to your event, go to the Structures menu and click on Add
You can add an existing structure from your organization's database, or create a new one. The name of each structure must be unique.

Create, configure and duplicate an event

To create an event, go to your Organization space > Events, and click on Add.

When you create an event, you must provide:

The name of the event
The start and end dates
The time zone
A poster

Duplicate an event

Whether for a festival that takes place every year, a sporting competition with several rounds, or a series of conferences, organizers often have to manage iterative events. You can easily duplicate the structure of an existing event in Qomeet, and save time by reusing various already-configured elements (forms, participant categories, catering allocation rules, etc.) in a new event.

When you create a new event, check the box “I would like to duplicate the structure of an existing event” to select the event you wish to duplicate from the list of all the events for which you are administrator.

On the next page, you can select the elements you wish to include in the new event: registration forms, passes, documents, list of structures, etc. All dates are redefined on the basis of the start date of

Organize the participant sheet

The participant sheet contains all the information you collect from your participants to manage their accreditations and services. The information collected via registration forms or filled in by organizers themselves is recorded in different information fields.

To add custom information fields to your participant sheet, go to Settings > Participant Fields.

Information groups

The information fields in the participant sheet can be organized in different groups (information sections). The "General Information" group is available by default, and cannot be modified. You can create other groups with the Add a group button: additional information, preferences, professional information, etc.

Configure my account

On My Account menu you can:

Change your email address
Set a password
Add or change your photo
Change your details (first name, last name, phone number)
Change the language of your personal space
Manage your subscription to the Qomeet newsletter

Change my email address

When you change your email address, a new verification code will be sent to your current email address for security reasons. Once you have entered the code, a confirmation link will be sent to your new email address. Click on this link to complete the change.

Set a password

If you wish, you can set a password for your account. In this case, when you log in to Qomeet, you will be asked for this password instead of a verification code sent to your email address.
